Yes. Every listing is a business operating in the United Kingdom. Our focus is the UK small- and mid-market, not a global directory.
An independent team based in the UK. We are not a broker, not a private equity firm, and not funded by listing activity beyond our published fees.
FOR BUYERS
On any listing page, use the enquiry form. Your message goes directly to the seller. You do not need an account to enquire.
No. Browsing and enquiring are open to everyone. Accounts are only required to list a business for sale or save searches.
No. We are a marketplace, not a broker. We do not negotiate, represent either party, or take a percentage of the sale. Buyers and sellers deal directly.
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check for obvious issues and require key details, but we do not audit financials. Conduct your own due diligence before any purchase.
FOR SELLERS
Standard listings are free. Featured placement and premium tiers are listed on our pricing page. No commission on sales.
Most listings are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You will receive an email when yours goes live.
Yes, from your dashboard at any time. Substantial edits may be re-reviewed before the changes go public.
Yes. Mark it sold from your dashboard and it will be removed from public search. You can also request full deletion if you prefer.
PRIVACY
Enquiries are shared only with the listing owner. They are not displayed publicly or sold to third parties.
Yes. Sellers need to be able to reply to you. If you prefer to stay anonymous until you engage, use a dedicated email address.
No. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery) are bound by data processing agreements.
